If your child is a competitive rhythmic gymnast looking for an exciting summer training opportunity, they are welcome to join our development program team athletes in their summer training. Our camp includes RG-specific instruction in areas such as flexibility, body skill development, apparatus handling, ballet technique, various dance styles, and more!​

This year, our recreational camp will run parallel to our competitive team camp.

Girls participating in our recreational gymnastics camp will stay active by participating in games, dance workouts, gymnastics, general fitness training, and arts & crafts. These activities encourage teamwork and creativity, while allowing kids to develop skills such as coordination, agility, focus, and flexibility.
