This class is for children ages 1 to 2 years old It is designed to build a strong bond between the parent and child, as well as encourage social skills among the children. It introduces skills such as coordination and balance. Mommy and Me classes allow kids to grow accustomed to a learning environment and experience a tremendous advancement in movement skills and their ability to follow directions. In fact, these classes are even recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics to develop healthy muscles and enhance flexibility! We invite everyone to come and join us for a 45 minute class, the perfect amount of time to keep even the youngest of children engaged.
